Walver is a wallet verification service that allows creators to verify users' ownership of blockchain wallets and collect additional information during the verification process. Our service supports Solana and EVM-based wallets.

3. Wallet Verification

Walver facilitates the verification of blockchain wallet ownership. By using our service:

• You confirm that you have the right to use any wallet you submit for verification
• You understand that verification involves signing a message using your wallet's private key
• You acknowledge that Walver never requests or has access to your private keys

4. Custom Information Collection

Creators may request additional information during verification. You understand that:

• Any information you provide may be stored and made available to the creator
• Walver is not responsible for how creators use the information you provide
• You should only provide information you are comfortable sharing with the creator

5. Intellectual Property

The Walver service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Walver.io. Our service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use Walver:

• In any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate another person or entity
• To engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the service
• To attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
• For any fraudulent or deceptive purpose

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Walver.io be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Any conduct or content of any third party on the service
• Any unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content

You acknowledge that blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies involve risk, including but not limited to:

• Price volatility
• Regulatory uncertainty
• Technical vulnerabilities
• Network failures or delays

Walver is not responsible for any losses resulting from these or other risks associated with blockchain technology.

Walver is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
